For skyline views with your drink, see our rooftop bars page; this page covers the bars where the drinks themselves are the draw. For the wider night out, see our Benidorm nightlife guide.

Old Town cocktail and gin bars
The Alameda, the tree-lined street that runs down to the Old Town, has three gin and cocktail terraces side by side. Calle Santa Faç, near the Balcón del Mediterráneo, has the newest and best-reviewed cocktail bar. Our Old Town nightlife guide covers the rest of the area.
NOVA Cocktail Bar, Calle Santa Faç
NOVA scores 4.9 on TripAdvisor from more than 330 reviews. A September 2026 reviewer put cocktails at €9 to €10.50, and reviews from May to October 2026 mention a happy hour of two of the same cocktail for €12 until 19:00. It opens from midday, until 01:00 Monday to Thursday and 02:00 Friday to Sunday. Book for groups, and ask for a printed bill.
Alameda 20
Alameda 20 is a gin bar with premium cocktails, a tiled interior and free snacks such as popcorn and nuts. It scores 4.5 on Google from more than 1,100 reviews, and reviewers in 2026 give hours of 16:00 to 02:00 daily. Prices are slightly higher than elsewhere, and a 2023 reviewer paid about €7 a cocktail. Go around 21:00 for a quieter table.
Diva 15 and Gins & Tonics
Diva 15, a few doors along, has a broad gin and cocktail list and also serves food; reviewers in 2025 praised the evening meals. Gins & Tonics at number 14 has long been an Alameda fixture, but its recent reviews are mixed, with an August 2026 reviewer saying it had gone downhill.
Show bars with a cocktail list
Kafee Klee on Calle del Pal, a drag cabaret bar since 1994, is known for generous cocktail measures. See our gay Benidorm guide for the rest of the Old Town's bars.
Levante and Rincón de Loix
Levante's cocktail bars are louder and cheaper, and many double as show bars or beach clubs.
Royale Secret Bar, Calle Lepanto
Royale Secret Bar lists more than 100 cocktails, with cherry daiquiris getting a mention, and runs a bottomless brunch with karaoke. It scores 4.5 on Google from 311 reviews. It is a daytime and early-evening bar, open 12:00 to 22:00 Tuesday to Saturday and 12:00 to 18:00 on Sundays, closed on Mondays.
Beach bars: Sol Beach, Tiki Beach and KU
For a cheap cocktail with your feet nearly in the sand, Sol Beach on Avenida de Madrid advertises €4 cocktails and €2 pints and opens 09:00 to 23:15. Tiki Beach nearby is known for good-value cocktails and is reported to be cash only, and KU Lounge Café on Avenida Alcoi has a large cocktail list and sofas.
Riviera Music Lounge, Rincón de Loix
Riviera Music Lounge on Calle Derramador mixes tribute acts and drag comedy with a happy hour from 18:30 to 20:30, according to Wanderlog. It is a good pre-show stop if you are staying in the Rincón de Loix.
Hotel and sky bars
Hotel bars charge more but come with the views. The Gran Hotel Bali Sky Bar, which the hotel calls the highest point in Benidorm, is open to non-guests from about 09:00 to 19:00, varying with season and weather. Entry is €10 for non-guests, €5 for hotel guests and free for under-5s, and drinks are extra. It is a daytime and sunset-hour drink rather than a late-night bar.
For more terraces with a view, including The Secret Fountain, see our rooftop bars page and check sunset times before you go.
Cocktail prices and happy hours
A cocktail such as a mojito or gin and tonic costs €7 to €12 in Benidorm, depending on how smart the bar is. Beach bars are cheapest, at about €4, and Old Town cocktail bars charge around €9 to €10.50.
- Happy hours run in the early evening: NOVA's two-for-€12 is until 19:00, and Riviera Music Lounge's runs 18:30 to 20:30.
- Some bars, including Tiki Beach, are reported to be cash only.
- Compare drinks costs across the resort in our Benidorm prices guide and cheapest pint page.
Closed and changed bars
Some cocktail bars still recommended online have shut. Buddha Bar Old Town on Calle Santa Faç, once known for nearly 100 handcrafted cocktails, is listed on Wanderlog as permanently closed. Check a bar's recent reviews before you plan a night around it.
