Spas in Benidorm: Where to Relax

Updated October 2026 by the onbenidorm team

Quick answer: Benidorm's best-known spa is the Thai spa at Asia Gardens, a five-star resort in the hills near Terra Mítica. In town, Villa Venecia in the Old Town has a rooftop spa overlooking the sea, and several four-star hotels, including RH Princesa, have saunas and treatment rooms. Most hotel spas prioritise guests, so ring or email ahead if you want a treatment or circuit without staying.

    Asia Gardens Thai Spa

Asia Gardens sits on the slopes of the Sierra Cortina, about 150 m above sea level, with views down to the coast. The resort has 312 rooms, five restaurants and seven outdoor pools set in tropical gardens. Its Thai spa offers Thai massage, facials, body scrubs and body treatments, with a steam room and rooms for couples. It has hosted celebrity guests including Bruce Springsteen and Penélope Cruz (TTG).

It is a treat rather than a bargain: one guest review mentions a massage at €135. The resort is outside the town centre, so take a taxi.

    Villa Venecia, Old Town

Villa Venecia is a five-star boutique hotel on the cliff above Mal Pas beach, with a rooftop spa looking out to Benidorm Island. Combine a treatment with dinner at its top-floor restaurant, Llum de Mar, or tapas in the Old Town.

    Hotel spas in town

Several four-star hotels in Levante, Poniente and the centre have spa areas with a sauna, steam room and treatment rooms. RH Princesa lists a sauna, massage room and foot baths. Adults-only hotels such as BCL Levante Club & Spa and Sandos Monaco combine a spa with a quieter stay; see our adults-only hotels guide.

    Smaller spas and wellness studios

Visit Benidorm lists yoga and Pilates studios and a Japanese head spa on Avenida Doctor Severo Ochoa, but does not publish prices. Many beauty salons in the Rincón de Loix and Levante offer massages and nail treatments by walk-in, which suit a hen-party pamper session; see our hen do guide.

For a medical-style wellness retreat, the SHA Wellness Clinic is just north of Benidorm in l'Alfàs del Pi.

    Booking a spa as a non-guest

    • Ask whether the spa sells day passes or circuit access to non-residents; policies change by season.

    • Book treatments ahead in winter, when long-stay guests fill appointment books.

    • Bring swimwear and flip-flops; some spas require a swimming cap.

    • Check age limits: several spa circuits are 16+ or 18+.
