What this site is

OnBenidorm.com is a free, independent entertainment and travel guide to Benidorm. We publish venue profiles, nightly line-ups, tribute act pages, hotel guides and practical travel information. We are not a ticket agency, travel agent or tour operator, and we are not affiliated with the venues, hotels, acts or the Benidorm television series unless a page says otherwise.

Accuracy of listings

Line-ups, show times, prices and opening hours change at short notice and are compiled from venue listings, public guides and information supplied to us. We refresh them daily, but we cannot guarantee that every entry is correct at the moment you read it. Always confirm with the venue before travelling or paying. If you spot something wrong, tell us at info@onbenidorm.com and we will correct it.

Bookings and enquiries

Where you send a booking enquiry through the site, we pass your message to the venue or act. Any resulting booking is a contract between you and them; we are not a party to it and take no commission or payment from you.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, republish or resell our content in bulk, attempt to disrupt the site, submit false claim requests, or post unlawful, defamatory or abusive material through our forms.

Intellectual property

Editorial text, page structure and original photography on this site belong to OnBenidorm.com. Venue logos, act artwork and promotional posters remain the property of their owners and are shown to identify the event. If you own an image and want it removed, email us and we will act promptly.

Third-party links

Links to venue sites, ticket sellers, social media and live streams are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their dealings with you.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listings, from cancelled or changed events, or from your dealings with third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
