Benidorm has five parks: Terra Mítica (rides), Aqualandia and Aqua Natura (water parks), Mundomar (marine animals) and Terra Natura (zoo). Adult gate prices run from about €32 to €49, with €5–6 off online. No park has published 2027 dates yet; in 2026 Terra Mítica opened on 15 May and Aqualandia ran from 23 May to 27 September.

    The five Benidorm parks compared

The parks sit in two pairs on the edge of town: Aqualandia and Mundomar share a site at the foot of Serra Gelada near the Rincón de Loix, while Terra Mítica and Terra Natura (with Aqua Natura) are inland near the motorway. Prices below are 2026 adult gate prices.

    2027 opening dates

None of the Benidorm parks has published opening dates or prices for 2027, so any 2027 date you see elsewhere is a guess.

The 2026 pattern is the best guide. Terra Mítica opened on 15 May, ran daily through the summer and then switched to weekends, finishing with Halloween until 1 November. Aqualandia opened on 23 May and closed on 27 September. Mundomar is listed as opening from early January, and Terra Natura opens daily from spring. If the same pattern holds, Easter 2027 (Easter Sunday is 28 March) will fall before the ride and water parks open. We will update this page when the parks announce their 2027 calendars.

    Which park for which age

Height limits matter more than age: most Aqualandia slides need 1.20 m, and Terra Mítica's big coasters need 1.30–1.40 m.

    Under-5s

Mundomar is the easiest choice, with short shows and a picnic area with microwaves. Aqualandia's kids' area and Mini Zig-Zag work in summer. Under-3s go free at most parks. See Benidorm with kids for more.

    Ages 5–10

Terra Natura's animals and Aqua Natura's children's areas suit this age, as does Aqualandia once children reach 1.20 m. At Terra Mítica, younger children will mostly use the family zones such as Cuca Park.

    Ages 10 and over

Terra Mítica comes into its own: Synkope is recommended from age 10, and Titánide and Inferno from 14. At Aqualandia, Verti-Go's capsule slides need 1.25 m (green) or 1.40 m (red).

    Adults and over-65s

Over-65s pay the junior price at Terra Mítica, Aqualandia and Mundomar; Terra Natura's senior rate starts at 60. Read Benidorm for over-60s for accessible options.

    Combo tickets

The most useful combo is Aqualandia plus Mundomar, which costs the same as an Aqualandia ticket alone at the gate.

    • The Aqualandia combo prices are from the official Aqualandia price list.
    • The Terra Natura combo is from a ticket reseller, which lists a further €5 off online.
    • The Aqualandia combo only works while Aqualandia is open (late May to late September in 2026).

    How to save money

The simplest saving is to buy online: it takes €6 off an adult ticket at Terra Mítica and Aqualandia.

    • Afternoon tickets from 15:00 cost €28 online in Terra Mítica's low season and €29 online at Aqualandia.
    • Terra Mítica ran a 2-for-1 adult offer on October Sundays in 2026, with a promo code on its website.
    • Take a picnic where it is allowed: Aqualandia (no cans or glass), Mundomar and Terra Natura all allow your own food. Terra Mítica does not, but has picnic areas outside the gates.
    • Parking is free at Aqualandia and Mundomar, €5 at Terra Natura and €10 at Terra Mítica.
    • Under-3s go free, and children's tickets cover ages 4–12.
    • Terra Mítica tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, so check the weather first.

    Getting to the parks

All the parks are on Benidorm's urban bus network, run by Llorente Bus (Avanza), and a single fare is €1.60.

Line 042 runs from Avenida Beniardá to Terra Natura and Terra Mítica, roughly hourly with a midday gap. Lines 001 and 011 serve the shared Aqualandia and Mundomar stop; the 001 runs about every 30 minutes along Avenida del Mediterráneo and through the Rincón de Loix. Line 015 also serves Terra Natura. The TRAM has a Terra Mítica stop too. If you plan several park days, a tourist pass (€12 for 24 hours, €24 for 72 hours) covers the buses. For a taxi, see Benidorm taxis.

    Each park in brief

Each park has its own guide with full prices, rules and tips.

    Terra Mítica

The ride park, with themed areas for Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia and the Islands, coasters reaching 100 km/h and a Halloween season every October. See our Terra Mítica guide.

    Aqualandia

The water park at the foot of Serra Gelada, with Verti-Go, Black Hole and a kids' area. Season May to September. See our Aqualandia page.

    Mundomar

Dolphin, sea lion and parrot shows plus paid animal encounters, right next to Aqualandia. See our Mundomar guide.

    Terra Natura and Aqua Natura

A zoo with more than 1,500 animals and an attached water park, sold together on combo tickets. See our Terra Natura guide.

    Planning tips

In July and August average highs reach 30–31°C, so arrive at opening time and plan shaded breaks.

Check heights before you buy, take swimwear, a towel, sun cream and dry clothes to the water parks, and plan Mundomar around its show timetable. For the rest of your trip, see things to do in Benidorm and, for evenings after a park day, what's on tonight.

    Benidorm Theme Parks — FAQs

When do the Benidorm theme parks open in 2027?

No park had announced 2027 dates when we checked in October 2026. In 2026 Terra Mítica opened on 15 May and Aqualandia on 23 May, Mundomar was listed as open from early January and Terra Natura from spring. Expect a similar pattern, but wait for official calendars before booking around a park day.

Which Benidorm theme park is best?

It depends on who is going. Terra Mítica is the choice for thrill rides and teenagers, Aqualandia for a summer water park day, Mundomar for younger children and animal shows, and Terra Natura for a zoo with an attached water park. Families with mixed ages often pair Aqualandia and Mundomar on a combo ticket.

    How much is Terra Mítica?

Official 2026 adult prices are €41 at the gate or €35 online in low season, and €49 or €43 in high season. Juniors (4–12) and seniors (65+) pay €35 or €30 in low season. Afternoon tickets from 15:00 start at €28 online, and under-3s go free. Parking is €10, or €13 covered.

Is there a combined ticket for Aqualandia and Mundomar?

Yes. The official one-day combo costs €41 at the gate or €39 online for adults, and €33 or €31 for juniors and seniors. A two-day version is €57 or €54 for adults. It only works while Aqualandia is open, which in 2026 was from 23 May to 27 September.

Can you take food into Benidorm theme parks?

Aqualandia allows your own food and drink but no cans or glass, Mundomar has a picnic area with microwaves, and Terra Natura has picnic zones inside. Terra Mítica does not allow outside food, but there are picnic areas before the entrance; ask for a re-entry stamp when you leave.

Which Benidorm parks are open in winter?

Aqualandia and Terra Mítica are closed in winter. A ticket reseller lists Mundomar from early January and Terra Natura at weekends, on public holidays and over Christmas from November to March, though the tourist board gives a shorter season for Terra Natura. Check the park websites before planning a winter visit.

How do I get to Terra Mítica by bus?

Take Llorente Bus (Avanza) line 042 from Avenida Beniardá to the V. Terra Mítica stop. Buses run roughly hourly from about 10:00 to 20:40, with a gap of around three hours at midday, so check the return times. A single fare on Benidorm urban buses is €1.60.
