Where is live rock music in Benidorm?
Live rock in Benidorm happens in three places: the American-themed bars on the Levante seafront, the cabaret-style rock rooms of the Rincón de Loix, and the British pubs on Calle Gerona that slot a rock night into a mixed week. Rock is one strand of the wider live music bar scene, and none of the venues below charges at the door.
In the fortnight from 15 October 2026 our listings counted 176 rock shows out of 1,381 across 74 venues, so roughly one show in eight had a rock flavour. The live list above pulls every rock-matching act for the next seven days, including tributes, cover bands and venues with rock in their name.
Heartbreak
Heartbreak at Avinguda Alcoi 11 faces Levante beach from the promenade. Listing sites describe American memorabilia inside, including a yellow cab and a fuel pump, live sets from local musicians and a crowd of bikers and hard-rock fans. It was our busiest rock venue, with 25 rock shows in the fortnight and 53 shows of all kinds.
Rock and Roll House
Rock and Roll House is on Avenida Dr. Severo Ochoa 6 and bills itself as a rock and roll cabaret bar with a capacity of 300. A holiday guide names Elvis, Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison and Blues Brothers tributes and says it often fills by 21:00. We listed 37 shows there in the fortnight.
Daytona Rock Beach Bar and Jail Rock
Daytona Rock Beach Bar at Avinguda Alcoi 15 is a short walk from Heartbreak and is known for live rock bands; many of its 27 listed shows started in the afternoon or early evening. Jail Rock mixes ska and rock tributes and has closed for part of past winters, so check before a January trip.
Rockerfellas
Rockerfellas had 35 shows in our listings, and 13 of them started after midnight, which makes it one of the places rock fans end up late.

Western Saloon, inside the Hotel Ambassador Playa on Calle Gerona, mixes country and rock and roll and runs shows daily, with live music from the afternoon. Some reviewers say the sound is loud, so sit away from the speakers if that bothers you.

A rock night usually builds from the seafront inland. Afternoon and early-evening sets on Avinguda Alcoi suit a drink after the beach; the main tribute slots run from about 21:00 to midnight; and a handful of bars keep going after that.
