Where to find Chinese food in Benidorm

Most Chinese restaurants in Benidorm are on the Levante side of town, where most visitors stay. Avenida Dr Severo Ochoa, the long road that runs up from the Rincón de Loix past Benidorm Palace, has the biggest cluster, including both of the resort's wok buffets. Calle Esperanto, a few streets back from Levante beach, has two long-running à la carte restaurants.

Chinese food here is generally cheaper than a Spanish seafood dinner. For more cuisines, see our best restaurants in Benidorm guide, or compare with our Indian restaurants and Italian restaurants pages.

    The best-reviewed Chinese restaurants

Wok Stop and Hong Kong have the strongest recent reviews, and China Garden has the most reviews of any Chinese restaurant in Benidorm.

    Wok Stop, town centre

Wok Stop on Avenida de Martínez Alejos is ranked first of 19 Chinese restaurants in Benidorm on GastroRanking, with a Google score of 9 from 427 reviews. One reviewer describes picking meat or prawns and watching the dish cooked in front of them. Reviews praise fresh, not-too-heavy flavours and generous portions. It is a short walk from the Old Town, on a busy street.

    Hong Kong, Calle Esperanto

Hong Kong at Calle Esperanto 11 scores 8.6 on Google from 861 reviews and 8.4 on TripAdvisor, with reviews running to September 2026. Diners mention curry, duck, prawns and noodles, a pleasant terrace and quick service. Booking is recommended.

    China Garden, Rincón de Loix

China Garden at Avenida Dr Severo Ochoa 2 has more than 1,800 TripAdvisor reviews (4.5) and is listed as open from midday to midnight every day. Holiday Extras calls it probably the town's number one Chinese. Wanderlog recommends prawn crackers, duck pancakes and Cantonese sweet and sour chicken, and points to a set menu with starter, main, dessert and a drink. A blog review quotes an €11 special menu with sweet and sour chicken balls and egg fried rice.

    China Town, Calle Esperanto

China Town, also on Calle Esperanto, scores 8 on Google from 909 reviews. Reviewers like the fried rice, cold beer and dark, cosy dining room; one found the room very hot. It is busy at weekends, so book ahead.

    Wok buffets and all-you-can-eat

Benidorm's wok buffets are on Avenida Dr Severo Ochoa, with a larger one just outside town in Finestrat. Prices are rarely published, so the figures below come from diners' reviews.

    Bamboo Buffet Rincón

Bamboo Buffet Rincón serves all-you-can-eat Chinese and Japanese dishes, including sushi, prawns and Peking duck. Reviewers in 2026 report a fixed price of €18.50 with drinks included, up from €16.50 on an earlier visit. It scores 8.4 on Google from 860 reviews, though some find the ordering system confusing. Do not confuse it with Bamboo Buffet in La Nucía, which Wanderlog lists as temporarily closed.

    Wok Mandarín

Wok Mandarín at Avenida Dr Severo Ochoa 6 is listed on TripAdvisor as Wok Buffet Mandarin. Reviewers praise the huge variety and fresh sushi and sashimi, but a September 2026 review found the fried food greasy and the grilled lamb tough. It scores 7.8 on Google from 1,249 reviews. Book at weekends.

    Real Wok, Finestrat

Real Wok at Avenida Azorín 2 in Finestrat is a big buffet with a Mongolian grill, where you pick raw meat and have it grilled, plus seafood, salmon, sushi and desserts. Drinks are charged separately. One reviewer suggests arriving around 13:00, when the food is freshest and parking is easier. You will need a car or a taxi.

Set menus, takeaway and what you will pay

A Chinese meal in Benidorm usually costs less than a Spanish dinner. Reviews give an €11 special menu at China Garden, about €13 a head for a closed menu at Casa de Oro, and a takeaway order under €10 at Dafa. Buffets run to about €18.50 with drinks.

Most restaurants take cards, and the Esperanto and Severo Ochoa venues are within walking distance of the main Levante hotels. For a wider picture of what things cost, from pints to taxis, see our Benidorm prices guide.

    • Ask whether drinks are included on a buffet. They are at Bamboo Buffet Rincón, according to reviews, but not at Real Wok.
    • Set menus (menú) usually cover a starter, a main, dessert and a drink, and are best value at lunchtime.
    • Takeaway is common, but few restaurants publish takeaway menus online. Phone or ask at the counter.

Tips for eating Chinese in Benidorm

Book at weekends: Hong Kong, China Town, China Garden and Wok Mandarín all advise it. Families with small children should eat early. One China Garden reviewer complained that groups with under-fives were seated after 18:30 amid noise.

Vegetarians do best at made-to-order places such as Wok Stop, where you choose what goes in the pan. For dedicated veggie options across the resort, see our vegan and vegetarian guide. If you want something quick after a show, our pizza page lists late-opening alternatives.
