    Terra Natura at a glance

Terra Natura is a walk-through zoo on the inland edge of Benidorm, at Foia del Verdader 1, close to Terra Mítica. It is part of our Benidorm theme parks guide.

The park's own website blocked our checks, so the prices and dates here come from the Visit Benidorm tourist board and a ticket reseller. Where they disagree we show both, and we recommend confirming on the official site before you travel.

    Terra Natura ticket prices

Adult tickets start at about €33, and the best value is the combo that adds the Aqua Natura water park.

    • The reseller lists €5 off the combo when you buy online.
    • Free entry: Visit Benidorm says under-4s; the reseller says under-3s.
    • Aqua Natura on its own: no current official price could be confirmed.
    • The senior rate starts at 60 here, younger than at the other Benidorm parks.

Opening seasons: what the sources say

Both sources agree that Terra Natura opens daily from spring to 1 November, but they disagree about winter.

The reseller lists opening at 10:30 from October to May and 10:00 from June to September. Because the official calendar was not available to us, treat winter opening as unconfirmed and check before you go. No 2027 dates have been published.

    Animals and zones

Terra Natura houses more than 1,500 animals across four areas: America, Europe, Asia and Pangea.

The layout is designed for walking from one zone to the next, so allow about three hours, or a full day if you add the water park, according to one review. Paths are mostly open to the sun, so take hats and water in summer.

    Aqua Natura water park

Aqua Natura is the water park attached to Terra Natura, sold mainly on the combo ticket, with slides, a wave pool, children's areas and sea lion encounters.

Visit Benidorm lists La Cresta, Kamikaze, Black Hole, Aqua Snake and Río Aventura among the slides. Height limits for the rides are not published on the pages we could check. If water slides are the main event, compare it with Aqualandia, which has a bigger slide line-up and free parking.

    Getting there and parking

Terra Natura is on bus line 042 (stop V. Nº8 Terra Natura), which also serves Terra Mítica, and line 015 stops there too.

The 042 runs roughly hourly from Avenida Beniardá, with a long gap around midday, so note the return times. A single is €1.60. By car, parking costs €5 a day and is shared by both parks; reviews describe it as unshaded. For a taxi, see Benidorm taxis.

    Food and tips

You can bring your own food into Terra Natura, which has picnic zones inside, and that is worth doing because some reviewers found food outlets closed.

    • Pair it with Terra Mítica on a two-day trip; both are on bus 042.
    • For a smaller park with shows, compare Mundomar.
    • With children, read Benidorm with kids for other family days.
    • In July and August, arrive at opening time to see the animals before the heat.

How much is Terra Natura Benidorm?

Visit Benidorm lists 2026 adult tickets (ages 13–59) from €33 and child (4–12) and senior (60+) tickets from €27. A ticket reseller lists a one-day combo with Aqua Natura at €47 for adults and €39 for children, with €5 off online. Confirm on the official site, which we could not open.

Is Terra Natura open in winter?

Sources disagree. A ticket reseller says it opens at weekends, on public holidays and over Christmas from November to March, while Visit Benidorm gives a daily season from early April to early November. Check the official calendar before planning a winter visit.

    What is Aqua Natura?

Aqua Natura is the water park attached to Terra Natura, with slides such as La Cresta, Kamikaze, Black Hole and Aqua Snake, the Río Aventura, a wave pool, children's areas and sea lion encounters. It is mainly sold on a combo ticket with the zoo.

How do I get to Terra Natura by bus?

Take line 042 from Avenida Beniardá to the V. Nº8 Terra Natura stop; the same bus continues to Terra Mítica. Line 015 also serves the park. Services are roughly hourly with a midday gap, and a single fare is €1.60.

Can you take food into Terra Natura?

Yes. Your own food is allowed and there are picnic zones inside the park. It is a good idea to bring lunch and plenty of water, as some reviewers on a ticket reseller's site reported that food outlets were closed during their visit, especially outside the busiest months.

How long do you need at Terra Natura?

About three hours for the zoo, or a full day if you add Aqua Natura, according to reviews on a ticket reseller's site. The two-consecutive-day combo, at €49 for adults, is worth it if you want to do both without rushing.
