Drag brunch and drag shows in Benidorm

Not in the city-style sense of a weekend lunch with a set menu and bottomless drinks, as far as we could confirm. The nearest equivalent is West End Showbar's Sunday Funday, an afternoon-into-evening cabaret with a free buffet.

West End Showbar at Calle de Amsterdam 4 bills itself as a cabaret and drag show bar. Its entertainment page lists three regular shows. The page is undated and line-ups change, so check the tonight listing below or call ahead.

Sunday Funday is the show to book if you want a drag afternoon rather than a late night. Doors open at 17:00, the cabaret runs for around four and a half hours from 18:00, and the buffet is free.

Because it starts early, it works well for groups who want to eat, watch the show and still have the evening free, and for anyone who does not want to stay out until the small hours. Arrive near opening time if you are a big group and want to sit together.

Drinks are where the money goes. A 2026 price guide puts cocktails in Benidorm at €7–12, so budget for a round or two per person over the afternoon.

Search for a Benidorm drag brunch and you will find “Benidorm Bingo” brunches, such as the FunnyBoyz Hangover Brunch and Drag Brunch Leeds. These are touring events held in UK cities and themed on the TV sitcom, not shows in Benidorm.

Go Hen recommends the cabaret at Chaplins and Morgan Tavern for hens; whether those acts are drag on a given night varies. One stag operator sells a Drag Stripper activity at Insomnia on Calle Gerona 37: about 15 minutes, for groups of four or more, priced on quote. It is written for stag groups.

The Old Town gay village is the other drag hub, led by Klee Kafee, which this site lists as Benidorm's longest-running drag cabaret.

Benidorm Pride ran from 1 to 6 September in 2026, with the parade on Saturday 5 September from Levante beach. The 2027 dates had not been announced when we checked, but the festival is usually in the first week of September; see Benidorm Pride.
