About Tropical Bar
Tropical Bar presents live tribute acts and sports screenings daily on Av. Dr. Severo Ochoa, offering cocktails and tapas from morning until late.
Tropical Bar is a welcoming live-music venue on Avenida Dr. Severo Ochoa, slightly set back from the busiest part of the Rincon de Loix strip. It has built a reputation for quality tribute acts and vocalists in a friendlier, less frantic setting than the big New Town rooms. The bar attracts a loyal mix of residents and repeat holidaymakers, and the programme runs most nights through the season. Tropical is within easy walking distance of the Red Lion and the Lepanto bars, and works well as the main evening venue rather than just a stop on a crawl — most people settle in for the full night''s entertainment. Also known as Tropical Sports Bar (or simply "The Tropical"), it is one sports bar in Rincón de Loix that shows live football and hosts evening acts.
