Most run in the show bars of the Rincón de Loix and along Calle Gerona in the New Town, where entry is free and you are simply expected to buy drinks while you watch.

About Buddy Holly
Texas-born Buddy Holly was an early rock-and-roll songwriter whose guitar-led sound and band format influenced generations of pop and rock musicians.
‘That'll Be the Day’, ‘Peggy Sue’ and ‘Everyday’ remain familiar decades after his death in 1959.
Holly recorded with the Crickets, whose guitar-bass-drums format helped establish a model for later rock bands. His short recording career, cut off by the 1959 plane crash, nevertheless left a remarkably varied catalogue: ‘Everyday’ has a gentle, almost nursery-rhyme quality beside the punchier ‘That'll Be the Day’.
