About the show and the performers
A AC/DC tribute in Benidorm is a full live show rather than a quick turn between acts: a costumed performer, or a group for band tributes, playing a set built around the hits for 45 minutes to an hour, often split into two halves. Most run in the show bars of the Rincón de Loix and along Calle Gerona in the New Town, where entry is free and you are simply expected to buy drinks while you watch.
Performers currently listed for this tribute include AC DC Tribute. Each performer page shows their residency nights and venues.

About AC/DC
Formed in Australia by brothers Angus and Malcolm Young, AC/DC built their sound around loud, riff-driven hard rock and Angus's unmistakable stage presence.
‘Highway to Hell’, ‘Back in Black’ and ‘Thunderstruck’ are enduring staples; Back in Black was the band's first album with singer Brian Johnson after Bon Scott's death.
Highway to Hell was the final album recorded with Bon Scott; after his death in 1980, Brian Johnson joined for Back in Black. That change of singers is an important dividing line in the band's catalogue, though the driving guitar sound remained. Many tributes draw on both periods rather than treating AC/DC as a single-era act.
