Rude Girl in Benidorm brings the high-energy sounds of 2-Tone and classic ska to life right on the Benidorm strip for a night of infectious rhythms. This performance pays homage to the legendary era of British ska that emerged in the late seventies and early eighties, blending traditional Jamaican ska and reggae with the driving energy of punk rock. The genre was defined by iconic bands like The Selecter and The Specials, known for their socially conscious lyrics and signature black-and-white aesthetic. When you catch a Rude Girl show at Jail Rock, you can expect an authentic tribute to this era, featuring sharp, tailored outfits and powerful vocal deliveries of timeless hits such as On My Radio and A Message to You Rudy. It is a high-octane cabaret experience that invites the audience to get on their feet and dance to the upbeat syncopated rhythms that made the genre a global phenomenon. Whether you are a lifelong fan of the ska scene or just looking for a lively bar show with a nostalgic edge, this performance provides the perfect late-night party atmosphere. Do not miss the chance to experience the authentic sound of Rude Girl during your next visit to Benidorm.
